1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any services provided by FluxIT Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

FluxIT Services provides web hosting, domain registration, and related IT services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Payment & Billing

All fees are due upon invoice. Failure to pay within the due date may result in service suspension. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to host, distribute, or transmit: illegal content, malware, spam, phishing material, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

5. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Uptime & Service Availability

FluxIT Services targets 99.9% monthly uptime for hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance. No SLA compensation is provided unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

7. Data & Backups

We perform periodic backups for disaster recovery purposes. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. FluxIT Services is not liable for data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior toward staff, or poses a risk to infrastructure stability.

9. Limitation of Liability

FluxIT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.

11. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy available on our website.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
