1. Company Registration

FluxIT Services operates as a legally registered entity in Romania. Services are provided in compliance with Romanian commercial law and EU regulations.

2. VAT & Fiscal Obligations

Invoices are issued in accordance with Romanian fiscal legislation. VAT is applied where applicable per current Romanian tax law. EU business clients may be eligible for reverse charge — provide your valid VAT ID at registration.

3. Domain Registration Policy

Domain registrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective registry (ROTLD for .ro domains, ICANN policies for gTLDs). FluxIT Services acts as a reseller and cannot guarantee domain availability. Domain fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.

4. Refund Policy

• Hosting services: refund available within 7 days of first purchase only
• Domain registrations: non-refundable
• Setup fees: non-refundable
• Renewals: non-refundable once processed

5. Abuse & Spam Policy

Any account found sending unsolicited email (spam), participating in DDoS attacks, hosting phishing content, or engaging in network abuse will be immediately suspended without notice and reported to relevant authorities.

6. Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts must not consume excessive CPU, RAM, or I/O resources that negatively impact other users. FluxIT Services reserves the right to throttle or suspend accounts exceeding fair use thresholds without prior notice.

7. Scheduled Maintenance

FluxIT Services performs periodic maintenance on its infrastructure. Where possible, maintenance is scheduled during low-traffic hours and announced in advance via email. Downtime during scheduled maintenance does not count toward uptime guarantees.

8. Force Majeure

FluxIT Services shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, power failures, upstream network outages, DDoS attacks, or government-imposed restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, and custom tools developed by FluxIT Services remain the exclusive intellectual property of FluxIT Services. Clients may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any proprietary systems.

10. Third-Party Services

Some services rely on third-party providers (upstream hosting, payment processors, domain registrars). FluxIT Services is not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties beyond our control.

11. Communication Language

Official communication is conducted in Romanian and English. Support tickets submitted in other languages may experience delays.

12. Account Transfers

Account ownership transfers must be requested in writing to support@fluxit.ro and require identity verification of both parties. FluxIT Services reserves the right to refuse transfers at its discretion.

13. Minors

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over, or for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

14. Entire Agreement

These Notes, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between FluxIT Services and the client, superseding any prior communications or agreements.
